"The Journey to Appreciation"
8 fitness presenters, 8 different movement disciplines, 1 cause. Come sweat and move with us and some of Toronto's best fitness movers and shakers! Each presenter will lead you through 15 minutes of their "Work Out" discipline (movement-based), and 5 minutes of "Work In" talk on a topic that reveals their relationship with the theme "Journey to Appreciation' (lecture-based). The entire summit is expertly curated with your energy levels in mind. The flow from one presentation to another have all been programmed to enable a feeling of great satisfaction and success. Go at your own pace, embrace challenge and change, and just do you!
Food and snacks will be provided, as well as swag bags and t-shirts! Prepare to have fun, sweat, and elevate to your 2.0, all in support of Healthy Minds Canada.
