Come for the yoga, stay for the brunch!

The first time we heard someone say "br-oga" we just assumed brunch was involved. Finally it is. Join us on January 21st, 2017 for a 75 minute Vinyasa Flow and Restore class, followed by brunch! It's a chance to build community by slowing down even more after the practice, rather than rushing off to your next appointment. Get to know your fellow yogis and enjoy some great food as well!

Second Floor Practice Space

We'll be practicing on the second floor of Peter Pan Bistro, in their gorgeous event space. After the class, you'll be able to walk from your mat to the adjoining room to indulge in a delicious brunch, and catch up with your fellow yogis!
