In this workshop we will focus on the foundations of an inversion practice, helping you to get inverted! We will be breaking down the anatomy and mechanics of Sirsasana (both supported headstand, and tripod headstand). You will learn the drills and exercises needed to prep the core, shoulders, and legs for inversions. Queenie and Jonathan will also help you develop confidence with tips and techniques on falling safely, and how to get into the poses safely and with control.
