Favourite pose, savasana? Then, this workshop is for you! Join Queenie and Jonathan and take a moment to unwind as we transition to Spring. Come with a friend, your partner, or come solo and make a new friend, and we’ll spend 120 minutes together exploring different partner-massage techniques. Learn to release tension in the body, and stress in the mind with techniques drawn from a foundation of partner yoga adjustments and empathetic touch. Leave feeling refreshed and grounded.
